The dollar closed at Rs278.40 paisa at the end of the day.</p> <p>On the other hand, the value of the dollar decreased by 11 paisas to Rs279.57 in the open market.</p> The value of the US dollar continued to fluctuate against the Pakistani rupee in the interbank market on Thursday.
