Hiba Chaudhary posted a video of Fawad embracing his daughters with joy.

Fawad has also reached out to high court to seek post-arrest bail in all cases against him.

The former minister had been behind bars since November 4, 2023, under multiple charges.

Fawad was arrested from his Islamabad residence on account of the complaint filed against him at the Abpara police station.

He was accused of taking a bribe of Rs 5 million from a housing society.

In Jan 2023 Fawad was taken into custody for publicly threatening members of the Election Commission of Pakistan. Later in July 2023, he issued an apology targeting ECP and Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja.

Fawad was arrested along other PTI members and workers following the May 9 2023 riots.
