      <title>CJP convenes urgent full court meeting on judges’ letter</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa convened a full court meeting of the Supreme Court judges over a letter sent to him by six Islamabad High Court judges.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the letter, the judges have accused the country’s intelligence agencies of meddling with judicial affairs and pressuring the judges.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The full court meeting began at around 4pm on Wednesday lasted for over two hours until after 6pm.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sources told Aaj News that the judges examined the letter and discussed taking the matter to a full court bench of the Supreme Court or the Supreme Judicial Council.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Earlier in the day, the attorney general met with the CJP over the issue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The letter from Justice Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani, Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, Justice Babar Sattar, Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir, and Justice Rafat Imtiaz was received by the CJP Tuesday.&lt;/p&gt;
