&lt;p&gt;The police said that the arrested people include 1,223 kite flyers, 95 kite sellers and 12 kite makers and they recovered more than 19,700 kites and 1,116 string reels.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In Hafizabad, the police performed a search operation against kite sellers and kite flyers. The officials have registered more than 90 cases against people in the city.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Police have arrested many kite sellers and kite flyers seizing kites, string wheels and other items from the raids.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In Pattoki, the police officials raided a kite production factory and chemical strings. The officials have secured hundreds of kites and other items, arresting three kite flyers and the factory owner.&lt;/p&gt;
