Kot Sabzal police station failed the attempt of robbers of Sindh to abduct men fooling people on better job opportunities and better wages.

The police emphasized that individuals were tricked by the kidnappers which could have been dangerous for them.

Ahmedpur Sharqia and Liaquatpur’s residents were the main target of robbers on the pretense of a better offer of employment.

“Police pulled the rescued individuals into safe custody after being saved during the inspection of Dawala checkpost,” said a police spokesperson.

The saved individuals, Muhammad Ishaq and Ashfaq reside in Ahmedpur Sharqia, whereas Iqbal and Salim Ali belong to Janpur and Rashid lives in Liaquatpur.

The abduction shows that people can be easily fooled by bandits and robbers in luring them for different reasons.

In countermeasures in 2023, Dacoits in Kacha deployed online advertisements to lure kidnapping victims and police saved more than 20 people.
