&lt;p&gt;An Age-wise breakdown showed that youth between the ages of 18 to 24 years were also not interested in watching TV. Around 71% of them said that they did not watch TV.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;People from Karachi aged 31-50 years are most likely to watch television with 32%.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The survey was carried out among a sample of 807 adult men and women in urban and rural areas of all six districts of Karachi division where the residents were asked if they watched TV yesterday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Seven out of 10 respondents said they did not watch TV the day before.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The survey carried out among adult men and women showed that 70% do not watch TV compared with 30% who said that they watched TV the day before.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The gender-wise breakdown showed little variation with 69% of women respondents saying they do not watch TV compared with their male counterparts, 70% of whom denied watching TV.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The survey showed that 72% of Karachi residents educated to intermediate and below do not watch TV, compared with educated citizens, 67% of whom said they did not watch TV.&lt;/p&gt;
