      <title>Imran Khan backs Corps Commanders’ statement on May 9 riots probe</title>

&lt;p&gt;In a formal talk with the reporter at the Adiala jail in Rawalpindi, the former prime minister once against called for the formation of a judicial commission to investigate the &lt;a href="https://www.aajenglish.tv/trends/may-9-riots"&gt;May 9 riots&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“I endorse the declaration of the CCC. Suspects involved in May 9 incidents should be punished severely,” he said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Khan said that the perpetrators of the May 9 riots should be identified using CCTV footage similar to the United States Capitol Hill attack.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) decision regarding &lt;a href="https://www.aajenglish.tv/news/30353488/ecp-says-it-wont-allocate-reserved-seats-to-sunni-ittehad-council"&gt;reserved seats&lt;/a&gt;, Khan said that the ECP disregarded democracy by depriving the PTI of reserved seats.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The former premier also accused the ECP of rigging in the February 8 general elections.&lt;/p&gt;
