SHO city Azhar Abbas has vowed to lock citizens behind bars who leave their homes after midnight.

Announcements were made by loud-speakers across the city, directing citizens to not get out of homes without a solid reason.

Meanwhile, SHO Abbas has vowed to strictly impose his orders, saying that he will ensure compliance at any rate.

The citizens, on the other hand, were in a state of fear after the announcement was made that barred them from leaving their homes past midnight.
