LHC’s Justice Ali Baqir Najafi announced the reserved verdict after conducting a hearing on the petition filed by Raja, who was contesting from the National Assembly’s constituency in Lahore.

The court issued notices to ECP and all parties involved in the matter on February 12.

The lawyer had challenged the results which showed IPP candidate Aun Chaudhry leading in NA-128 followed by Raja.

During the session, Justice Ali Baqir Najafi presided over the proceedings, where arguments were presented on the petition filed by Salman Akram Raja concerning the delay in releasing election results.
