Light rain was reported in Guru Mandir, Saddar Town, Garden, Orangi Town, SITE area, Baldia, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar, Super Highway, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Defence, Clifton, Nazimabad, North Nazimabad, New Karachi, and North Karachi.

II Chundrigarh Road, Saddar, Liaqautabad, Lines Area, Mehmoodabad, PECHS and other areas of the metropolitan city braced for colder temperatures after a moderate downpour in the morning.

The PMD recorded 12 degrees Celsius minimum temperature in Karachi, which is likely to exceed 14 degrees Celsius during the day.

However, rain is anticipated in Attock, Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Chakwal, Gujarat, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narwal and Lahore during evening and night hours.

Bahawalpur, Sheikhupura, Sahiwal, Okara, Qasor, Lahore, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Khanewal, Multan, Khanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan and surrounding are likely to have light to moderate fog in the morning.

Snowfall will continue in the upper areas of the country. Malam Jabba, Kalam, Astor, Muzaffarabad, and surrounding areas are likely to be blocked today due to the snowfall in the upper areas.

The weather will be cold in most of the districts of the Balochistan province, while it will be very cold in the northern districts and partly cloudy. Downpours are expected in Balochistan at the commencement of February.
