A video of the incident, captured on a CCTV camera, went viral on social media. It shows that the track the man was trying to cross was closed to traffic due to an oncoming train.

However, multiple people can be seen crossing the tracks on foot paying no heed to the incoming train.

Towards the end of the footage, the elderly man, reportedly 70 years old, can be observed approaching the tracks, walking with a hand on his bicycle. The man keeps glancing to his right and not to the left from where the train is coming

Unfortunately, the fast-moving train collided with him, resulting in his death.

The date mentioned in the CCTV footage indicates that the incident occurred on January 14, a Sunday, just after 3 pm.
