The LHC announced a reserved verdict of the hearing conducted earlier on the petition filed for his recovery.

Khosa, who is the son of Sardar Latif Khosa, was arrested by the Mozang police on terrorism charges for “assaulting cops” on December 31, 2023.

Earlier, LHC Justice Ali Baqir Najafi directed the authorities to produce the lawyer before the court, after which he was produced in handcuffs.

During the hearing, the court questioned the public prosecutor about the grounds for Khosa’s arrest.

The lawyer responded that he was arrested in connection with the same case for which an FIR had been registered against him.
