      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Turkiye has announced its decision to exempt citizens of the United States of America, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Oman from seeking a visa to visit the country.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In a report, the &lt;em&gt;Saudi Gazette&lt;/em&gt; said that the decision was taken by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The free entry would be for holders of ordinary passports from the above mentioned countries.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The new visa-free regime allows citizens to visit Turkiye for tourism purposes without seeking a visa before traveling for a period of up to 90 days in six months.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Turkiye earned more than $40 billion in the first nine months of 2023 through tourism, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The country hosted 44.6 million visitors from January to September, an increase of 13.2% from the same time last year.&lt;/p&gt;
