The most recent revelation unveiled the appearance of a Pakistani actress in the movie.

Shafina Shah, who shared the screen as the wife of Bobby Deol in the movie, is a London-based Pakistani who contested in Miss Pakistan and claimed the title. The actress’s family tree indicates her relationship with Pakistan as her mother was from , Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

Shah’s father also worked in the entertainment industry; Her mother shifted to England and got married to Indian star Haji Ismail Raj Patel who gained fame from the British sitcom “Mind your language”.

Shafina played the role of second wife of Abrar (Bobby Deol), and she was filmed with Ranbir Kapoor in a few scenes.

With the plural nationalities, Shafina gets benefits from both countries. In May 2023, she was crowned ‘Miss Pakistan World 2023’ in a ceremony held at the Grand Palm Hotel in Lahore.

Shafina Shah is on her journey to represent Pakistan at the global level, whose next challenge is to win the titles of ‘Miss Global 2023’ and ‘Miss Universal 2023’.

She made her mark as an actress, model, and TV presenter, and has also worked in the Pakistani film ‘Lahore to London’.

Apart from this, Shafina Shah has recently started charity work. In September 2023, he joined ‘Cleft Lip and Palate Association (PCLAPA)’, an organization focusing on children with facial deformities in Pakistan.
