      <title>PPP, PMLN and IPP to become parties in appeal against LHC decision on ROs</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Multiple political parties have decided to become parties in the appeals against a Lahore High Court decision to suspend the appointment of returning officers for the upcoming general elections.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz decided on Friday that it would approach courts to ensure elections are not delayed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Marriyum Aurangzeb said in a statement that Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif had given the green signal for the decision and the party’s lawyers had begun their preparations in the case.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the other hand, Istehkam-e-Pakistan party’s general secretary Awn Chaudhry said on Friday confirmed that Jahangir Tareen had approved the decision to become a party in the case.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pakistan Peoples Party sources also said on Friday that Asif Zardari had given a go-ahead signal to become a party in the case.&lt;/p&gt;
