      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Supreme Court of Pakistan has fixed the presidential reference on Zulfikar Ali Bhutto for hearing.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A nine-member larger bench of the SC led by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa will take up the case on December 12.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The bench will include Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan, Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Justice Syed Hassa nAzhar Rizvi and Justice Musarrat Hilali.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The presidential reference had been filed in April 2011 by then President Asif Ali Zardari.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The case was heard six times between January and November 2012 but has not been heard since.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The first five hearings were conducted by an 11-member bench led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry. The last hearing was conducted by a nine-member bench.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The reference was filed under Article 186 and asks the SC to give its opinion on revisiting the the murder case that led to Bhutto’s death sentence.&lt;/p&gt;
