The administration identified the deceased as Haji Saifullah Lewaarzai while injured was named Haji Pehlwan Shezai and Lashkarab Sher Ahmed. They were moved to rural health centre in the district.

They have been referred to Quetta for further treatment.

At least two terrorists were killed by security forces during an intelligence-based operation in Balochistan’s Kalat district last month, according to the army’s media wing.

The Inter-Services Public Relations said that security forces conducted an IBO in the district’s general area of the Nagao Mountains over the reported presence of terrorists.
