The bench will include Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzeb.

An accountability court in Islamabad had cleared Nawaz of all charges in the case in 2018. NAB had filed an appeal against the verdict in the IHC.

Strict security arrangements have been made around the IHC for Nawaz’s appearance.

Entry to Courtroom Number 1 will only be allowed with a pass issued by the registrar’s office. In addition to Nawaz’s legal team, 25 other people will be allowed to enter the courtroom.

The same bench will also resume hearing Nawaz’s appeals in the Al-Azizia and Avenfield cases today.
