Khawar Maneka, the former husband of PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi, on Monday made shocking revelations regarding his divorce and the third marriage of the former prime minister in an interview with a private TV channel.

PTI leaders took on X and stated that the interview was bogus adding that the timing and day of the interview were extremely deliberate.

Ananttar Hussain Panjotha, Imran Khan’s attorney, responded to the interview by saying in an X-post that Khawarmanika’s interview was thoughtfully scheduled for the right time and day to air.

He wrote, “Nawaz Sharif’s acquittal case is fixed in the Islamabad High Court today and social media should talk about Imran khan’s defense instead of Nawaz Sharif, Imran Khan’s role is clear and the nation had testified before the broadcast.”

PTI leader Zulfi Bukhari also reacted to the interview, calling it a “gutter show with a well-known corrupt customs officer”.

In the X post, Zulfi Bukhari wrote, “Very shameful things are happening just to defame Imran Khan. It seems that we have lost all sincerity to malign Imran Khan.”
