As per details, the meeting between the Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management committee Zaka Ashraf, and Babar Azam is scheduled today (November 11).

Sources say that after the defeat in the World Cup, it has been decided to end the captaincy of Babar Azam. Test, ODI, and T20 captain Babar Azam will now play as a player.

Under the captaincy of Babar Azam, Pakistan could not win any ICC, or Asian Cricket Council title.

Sources said that if Babar Azam resigns as captain, the board will accept it.

As per media reports, Shaan Masood and Shaheen Afridi are strong candidates for captaincy.
