According to Sacnilk, the film generated around Rs 110 million from the Hindi language release.

The third installment of the Tiger series of spy movies starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, the film is also a continuation of the larger Yash Raj Films Spy Universe which also includes War and Pathaan.

The stars of those two movies, Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan, are expected to appear in cameos in Tiger 3, directed by Maneesh Sharma.

In an interview with Indian media, trade expert and producer Girish Johar predicted a Rs 100 crore global opening for the film.

Salman previously attempted to make inroads in the South Indian market with Dabangg 3 and his last release, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
