Chhipa Welfare Association got the information after a citizen called on the rescue organisation’s helpline number, spokesperson Shahid said and added that the jars were kept in a shopper.

The jars have been moved to the Abbassi Shaheed Hospital after the investigation at the police station. According to Shahid, the foetuses would be shifted to the Chippa morgue after a police letter.

He urged the people to refrain from doing such acts.

According to the police, they were taking CCTV footage of the area to investigate the matter. Initial reports said that the incident appeared to be a miscarriage.
