The crime scene was caught in CCTV footage from the city’s Malir Shamsi Society area.

Residents managed to catch the robber who stole valuables from a house in society. They caught the thief and tied him to an electric pole.

But in the meantime, a group of dacoits roaming in the area identified the robber as their accomplice and rescued him at gunpoint while the residents quietly looked upon them.

The footage showed that men in shalwar kameez untied the robber and took him with them on the bike.
