To express her views Noor picked up an Instagram handle, where she shared a story, saying: “Unfortunately some heartless celebrities started writing that the depression has nothing to do with religion and giving example of Maulana’s son.”

She termed such posts as shameless and prayed for the Maulana’s son.

Asim Jamil, son of Maulana Tariq Jamil, a well-known religious scholar of Pakistan, died due to a bullet injury. Funeral prayers are to be offered this evening in the native village.

Maulana Tariq Jamil’s other son Maulana Yusuf Jamil says that there is no enmity with his family, and there is no truth in the news of Asim Jamil’s murder.
