      <title>Rupee’s 28-day winning streak ends at interbank market</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The dollar recorded minor gains on Tuesday ending the 28-day winning streak of the rupee at the interbank foreign exchange market.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The greenback gained 20 paisas to reach Rs277.03 at the closing of the interbank, as against the closing of Rs276.83 the previous day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The rupee weakened in the later trading session after gaining Rs1.26 against the foreign currency in the intraday trading.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Similarly, the Pakistan Stock Exchange also closed in a red zone as the benchmark KSE-100 Index shed 200.34 points or 0.40% to reach 49,531.01 at the closing of the trading session.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;During midday trading, the Index gained 80 points to reach 49,810 points, however, it failed to maintain the positive momentum throughout the session.&lt;/p&gt;
