      <title>Two soldiers martyred in North, South Waziristan operations: ISPR</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Two soldiers have been martyred in a gun battle with terrorists in North and South Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement on Sunday.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In a statement, the military’s media wing said that the first operation was conducted in South Waziristan’s Asman Manza area. The operation was conducted on the suspected hideouts of terrorists.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The second operation was conducted in the Miran Shah area of North Waziristan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The martyred soldiers were identified as Sepoy Sajid Azam, 31, a resident of Kotli in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Sepoy Waris Khan, 27, a resident of Karak.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Two terrorists were killed and another wounded in the operations, the ISPR said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Pakistan remains committed to ending the menace of terrorism and the sacrifices of our brave soldiers strengthen our resolve,” said the statement.&lt;/p&gt;
