PTI Karachi President Khurrum Sher Zaman on Monday said that a letter has been sent to the provincial election commissioner seeking permission to hold a gathering near the Millennium Mall on Rashid Minhas Road in Karachi on November 12.

All the political parties should be provided with equal election campaign opportunities. The PTI should be given equal treatment to continue the democratic process, the letter read.

Zaman alleged that the caretaker government in Sindh was targeting the PTI, saying that the Election Commission of Pakistan should ensure the smooth conduct of the party gathering.
