The security forces recovered weapons and explosives from the killed terrorist identified as Azeem Ullah alias Ghazi, Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement.

The killed terrorist was actively involved in terrorist activities against security forces as well as target killing of innocent citizens, it added.

“The sanitisation of the area is being carried out to eliminate any other terrorists found in there,” it said, adding that locals of the area appreciated the operation and expressed their full support to eliminate the menace of terrorism.
