Social media saw two videos claiming to show Israeli helicopters being shot down by Hamas fighters. Both of these videos came from the same source, and were not real.

The first video showed two helicopters in the open sky under fire. The helicopters are struck with rockets and eventually crash to the ground.

Another video showed an individual targeting a helipcopter with rocket-propelled grenade over an open landscape. The man eventually eventually strikes the helicopter down.

Both the videos are actually from a video game named ‘Arma 3’. Released in 2013, Arma 3 is the eighth in a series of games and allows users to play a tactical shooter game in an open world setting.
