      <title>Committees constituted for geofencing of Afghan nationals’ businesses in KP</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The caretaker government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has constituted committees to carry out geofencing of businesses owned by Afghan nationals and to locate the residences of &lt;a href="https://www.aajenglish.tv/news/30335926/majority-of-afghan-nationals-settled-in-kp-have-legal-documents"&gt;Afghan nationals&lt;/a&gt; illegally living in the country.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A provincial implementation committee has been constituted in this regard under the chair of the interior secretary of KP which will also include the inspector general of KP among other high-ranking officials, sources said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Additionally, deputy commissioners will lead the sub-committees on the district level to implement the decisions taken in the Apex Committee meeting, they added.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The committees will carry out geofencing of businesses owned by Afghan nationals while the residences of these refugees will also be located to collect data on their documents.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;“All illegal foreign nationals will be bound to return to their country,” a statement issued by the committee said.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A day earlier, at least 16 trucks, having 30 Afghan families aboard, &lt;a href="https://www.aajenglish.tv/news/30335975/exodus-of-afghan-refugees-begin-after-pakistan-sets-nov-1-deadline"&gt;arrived at the Torkham border&lt;/a&gt; in the Khyber district of KP, the Commissionerate Afghan Refugees said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The returning Afghan families comprise 350 people, the authority said, adding that they would be allowed to return after legal formalities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Approximately 1.42 million – out of the total 4.4 million Afghan nationals – have proof of registration, according to the interior ministry. Pakistan hosts 0.85 million Afghan citizen card holders and 1.73 million illegal Afghan nationals.&lt;/p&gt;
