The IHC had recently ordered for him to be shifted to Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi.</p> <p>However, Justice Farooq questioned Khan’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat why he had objections when the transfer had been made on his request.</p> <p>Marwat replied that Khan has still not ben given B-Class in jail.
