Addressing a press conference in Lahore on Tuesday, the former interior minister said that Pakistan is going through a tough economic situation and only Nawaz Sharif can lead the country out of the current mess.

He added that Nawaz Sharif is returning to Pakistan with a ‘determination’ and will provide hope to the nation. He added that the PMLN chief will address party workers at the Minar-e- Pakistan upon arrival.

However, he clarified that while Nawaz was choosing to focus on solving the country’s problems, all matters regarding those who had taken actions against the party will be settled in due time.

Sanaullah said that the mindset of revenge that had dominated the country over for four years was the cause of the current situation. He said that the PDM government had not created cases against anyone and anyone who was in jail was due to his own doing.
