The incident occurred on Multan Road, where a 60-year-old woman, identified as Salma Bibi, jumped into the Jambar canal after an argument with her family .

The rescue team recovered the body from the canal and shifted it to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Pattoki, where they handed over the body to the family.

On the other hand, in Karachi, the dead body of a woman aged between 30 to 35 was found in a suburb of Sachal.

Police expressed suspicion that the body was thrown after a murder that possibly happened at another place.

After receiving the information, 15 police immediately reached the crime scene and began investigation.
