&lt;p&gt;The NCA, which is renowned for its excellence in arts education, will bring its world-class expertise to the heart of Gilgit-Baltistan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;GB Chief Secretary Mohiyuddin Ahmed Wani expressed his excitement about this partnership and the positive impact it would have on the educational landscape of the mountainous region.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“This collaboration marks a milestone in our efforts to provide high-quality education in the field of arts to the talented youth of Gilgit-Baltistan,” he said in a statement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In addition to the associate degree programme, Wani announced that a dedicated hostel was under construction to accommodate female students coming from outside Gilgit.&lt;/p&gt;
