The development came in the last meeting of the Special Investment Facilitation Council.</p> <p>The ministry of finance has been tasked with preparing a plan that helps reduce deficits and improves debt managements. Also among the agendy items are capital market reforms and work on the new NFC award in light of the latest census.</p> <p>The SBP has been asked to find banks involved in illegal LCs and manipulation of foreign currency.
