      <title>3 Idiots actor Akhil Mishra passes away</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Indian Actor Akhil Mishra, known for playing the role of librarian &lt;em&gt;Dubey&lt;/em&gt; in the blockbuster movie &lt;em&gt;3 Idiots&lt;/em&gt;, died on Thursday, &lt;em&gt;India Today&lt;/em&gt; reported. The actor is survived by his wife and actress, Suzanne Bernert.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Akhil was my soulmate, my better half. He was everything to me from being my guru to being like a protective father figure. I don’t know what I will do without him, I feel very lost,” Bernert was quoted as saying by &lt;em&gt;Times of India&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The 67-year-old died after slipping in the kitchen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to Bernert, Mishra was hospitalised last month for high blood pressure. He had stopped helping with household chores when he was unwell but as he felt better, he insisted on helping his wife.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“When I was leaving home yesterday, he said he would do the laundry. One of our family friends came home to be with him while I was not there, but even he had to go to the bank for a short while.”&lt;/p&gt;

Maybe he tried to hang the clothes near out kitchen area by climbing on a stool and he may have slipped and fallen down, we found him on the floor. He was rushed to the hospital by him and our neighbor who is also doctor who is also a doctor. Akhil was still communicating and was telling them, ‘I love Suzzane and I don’t want to go to the hospital,’ but in the hospital, we got to know that he had an internal hemorrhage and there was a lot of blood loss and the doctors could not save him. He passed away in the hospital. A postmortem was done after which the last rites were performed.”&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mishra has appeared in films like &lt;em&gt;Don&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;Gandhi My Father&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;Shikhar&lt;/em&gt; and many more. His role as the librarian &lt;em&gt;Dubey&lt;/em&gt; in &lt;em&gt;3 Idiots&lt;/em&gt; was liked by fans. He has also been a part of several popular television shows, like &lt;em&gt;Uttaran&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;Udaan&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;CID&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;Shrimaan Shrimati&lt;/em&gt;, and &lt;em&gt;Hatim&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
