She added that PM Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar will speak about India’s excesses in illegally-occupied Kashmir in his speech to the United Nations General Assembly.</p> <p>She said that 68 Kashmiris have been killed this year including women and children. She added that the number included 13 custodial killings.
