The incident happened in a criminal trial court in Karachi’s District Central as Additional Session Judge Abdul Hafeez Lashari was presiding over a case.

The case involved a man who was implicated in a drug possession case. However, the proceedings did not go as expected.

The accused tossed his shoe at the judge but did not hit his target. He then told the judge to punish him if he could.

The judge expressed his displeasure at the accused and sentenced him to six months in prison and a fine of Rs1,000.
