      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Board for Control of Cricket in India has announced the 15-member squad for the ODI World Cup scheduled to start on October 5 in India.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;KL Rahul has been included in India’s ODI World Cup squad. He is their first-choice wicketkeeper-batter in the format.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The tournament will start on October 5 in Ahmedabad when defending champions England will take on New Zealand, the runners-up from 2019.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;India, host of the tournament, will open their campaign against Australia in Chennai on October 8.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ishan Kishan has retained his place as the other wicketkeeper-batter in the squad.&lt;/p&gt;
