The couple alleged to be involved in the crime has been arrested.</strong></p> <p>The child who was tortured is only eight years old.</p> <p>The incident happened in a private houseing society in Rawalpindi in the jurisdiction of police station Rawat.</p> <p>The father of the affected child filed an FIR in the Rawat police station alleging that a woman, named Bakhtawar, and her husband, Ali Sher, brutally beat up the minor between August 25 and 26.</p> <p>The FIR says that the child’s head was shaven and two of her bones were broken.
