“There are footage of her meetings [with people] and if it were not for the country which is our friend I would have shown the CCTV footage and named the country and the person [whom she met], but we can’t do that,” said PDM spokesperson Hafiz Hamdullah in a statement on Wednesday.

He said Imran Khan was trying to reach a deal using Bushra Bibi.

“The person who used to say he would not offer NRO to others is begging for an NRO himself,” he said referring to the National Reconciliation Ordinance issued under Mushraff in 2007 to end political impasse in the country.

Hamdullah said Khan had damaged Pakistan’s relations with several countries and he did not deserve leniency.
