The men in the video can be seen beating him with belts and sticks.</p> <p>However, the men fled the scene when the police approached, leaving the injured man inside the office. The man succumbed to his wounds soon after.</p> <p>SSP Central Maroof Usman said that the man has been idnetified as Adeel.
