She would have escaped with the child had the train left the platform on time. But it was delayed allowing the child’s parents to reach the railway station and found the kidnapper with their son.</p> <p>The woman, Siddiqa Bibi, allegedly kidnapped three-year-old Ali from the Kashif Chowk area of Pattoki and boarded a train for Lahore.</p> <p>Trains in Pakistan have faced long delays this week following <a href="https://www.aajenglish.tv/news//30329700">a deadly derailment near Nawabshah</a> on Monday that left 30 people dead and damaged the track.
