The heads of the country’s security agencies, the foreign secretary as well as Qamar Zaman Kaira, Amin ul Haque and Asad Mahmood were also part of the committee.</p> <p>Pakistan and India are considered arch rivals but have only faced off in ICC torunaments in the last few years.
