      <title>Cricket World Cup: Pakistani mulls boycotting India matches over security concerns</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The government of Pakistan has decided to raise the matter of the national team’s security in the upcoming world cup with the International Cricket Council.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A high-level meeting under Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari decided that Pakistan should not compromise on its team’s security in the world cup scheduled to be held in India.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The committee decided that the team should only travel to India if it received a security guarantee.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The task of making the ICC aware of Pakistan’s concersn regarding security will be handled by Zaka Ashraf.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The committee also included Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Law Minister Azam Tarar, Inter-provincial Coordination Minister Ehsan Mazari and Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb. The heads of the country’s security agencies, the foreign secretary as well as Qamar Zaman Kaira, Amin ul Haque and Asad Mahmood were also part of the committee.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pakistan and India are considered arch rivals but have only faced off in ICC torunaments in the last few years. They are scheduled to clash in the world cup on October 14.&lt;/p&gt;
