A meeting between delegations of the two parties took place in the parliament lodges late on Wednesday night, but there was no agreement reached.

Reports said PPP has floated three names and PML-N has suggested four names.

The meeting broke up so both delegations could share the names with Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari before further discussions are held.

Another round of talks is expected to be held on Thursday. In case an agreement is reached, the name will be discussed with other allied parties.
