&lt;p&gt;Nasir, who according to his brother’s complaint, has been missing for the past 24 hours. The kidnapping complaint was registered at Civil Lines Police Station.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The alleged victim took Rs15,000 worth of loan through an easy loan application in Eid. He had allegedly paid Rs12,000 worth of the first installment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tired of blackmail, the complaint said that Nasir also approached the Federal Investigation Agency. But someone kidnapped him on Saturday due to a lack of timely action.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Last week, the FIA’s Cyber Crime Circle arrested nine suspects for their alleged role in blackmailing citizens after lending them money through online lending apps.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They were arrested from a plaza situated at Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A few foreign nationals had also been employed by the loan shark company, according to Salman Sufi, head of PM’s strategic reforms.&lt;/p&gt;
