&lt;p&gt;Asian Cricket Council (ACC) President Jay Shah on Wednesday announced the schedule of the Asia Cup, according to which Multan and Lahore will host the games in Pakistan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The first-round Pakistan versus India game will be played in Kandy, Sri Lanka on September 2. The final is scheduled in Colombo on September 17.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Announcing the schedule, Shah called Asia Cup a symbol of unity and togetherness, as both Pakistan and Sri Lanka will host the event.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A total of 13 matches including the final will be played in the tournament.The tournament will be played in the 50-overs format this time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pakistan, India and Nepal are in Group A while Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan are grouped in Group B.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super Four stage with the top two teams in this phase advancing to the final.&lt;/p&gt;
