The weather forecasting agency has been criticised for its predictions over the past many years, but in recent times its predictions have been proven accurate to a great extent.</strong></p> <p>Muhammad Umar Khan, the host of <em>the Aaj News</em> show <em>Awaz</em>, took a tour of the Met Office and met the chief meteorologist who spoke about the centre and different sections.</p> <p>“Across Pakistan, we have 110 manual observatories and we have 80-85 automatic weather stations,” he said and added that they observe the atmospheric conditions round the clock.</p> <p>He was of the view that there was an old perception of the Met Office.
