The arrested men include Naib Tehsildar Afzal Salyana and patwari Afzal Khan. The two are accused of tampering records to falsely give Uzma Khan ownership of a piece of land and then destroying the original ownership deeds.</p> <p>The statement said that the matter had been investigated for fake property deeds and fraud and found proof of Uzma Khan’s involvement along with the two men.
