The new incident involves public flashing. A man chased a woman in the park and when she ran to the safety of her car where she locked herself in the vehicle, he masturbated before her.

The story emerged on Twitter when a user posted a complaint message to her by another user. The identity of the original complainant, who is the victim, was not revealed.

Islamabad police responded that the incident is being investigated under ASP Margalla police station.

The victim in her message said that she was followed by a man in the F9 Park and that the man was trying to get close to her.

She ran and locked himself up in her car which she unsuccessfully tried to start. Meanwhile, the man approached, exposed himself, and started masturbating while staring at the woman.

The whole incident was caught on video as well.

However, no FIR of the incident has been filed because the complainant has not publicly come forward.
